Raed Masoud
Raed is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and leads Strategy, Diligence, and Value Creation for Tech, Media, and Telecom. His professional career combines more than 20 years of advisory and direct industry experience. From strategy to execution, he brings breadth and depth of experience in advising senior executives and leaders across large, global technology and Fortune 100 organizations through large scale transformation, restructuring & margin expansion initiatives, and M&A transactions. Prior to Deloitte, he held key positions in engineering & design, research & development and product management. Raed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Saint Louis University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in New Product Development & High Tech Marketing from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Lally School of Management & Technology.

Annie Adams
Annie is a leader in Deloitte’s Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring (MARS) practice specializing in capturing value from both deal and non-deal related transformations. Annie brings more than 15 years of experience working with executives to architect the strategy, diligence, planning, and execution of significant transformations across business units and enabling functions to drive sustainable change. Annie has managed global programs from both US and Europe. Annie is the MARS Board Engagement leader having worked with directors and executives on the role of the board during M&A and significant transformational efforts. Annie is also the champion for the MARS National Purpose initiative. She has always been passionate about giving back to the community and manages annual projects focused on nonprofit strategy and diligence. Prior to joining Deloitte, Annie graduated with an MBA and Master in Education from Stanford University with Certificates in Global Management and Public Management. She also has a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Duke University.

Mauricio Garza
Mauricio is a leader in Deloitte’s Strategy and Analytics practice focused on the Transportation and Hospitality sector. He collaborates with clients to transform and improve their operations, achieving tangible value and business advantage, through new ways of working including AI and Data strategies. He has researched and co-authored multiple articles related to profitable transformation including How Airlines and Hotels can prepare for an Uncertain Future and The Rise of the Sharing Economy.
