Caroline Davis Schoenecker

Caroline currently serves as the experience director for Deloitte’s Center for Board Effectiveness, helping to lead boardroom experiences and insights that support corporate boards and directors in fulfilling their governance-related responsibilities. She guides the team in helping directors deliver value to the organizations they serve by providing a portfolio of high quality, innovative experiences and thought leadership relevant throughout their tenure as board members. Prior to this role, Caroline served as the chief of staff for the chief inclusion officer for Deloitte US, where she supported Deloitte’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy that continues to impact Deloitte’s people, firm, and communities.
